You can filter the collection by addFieldToFilter method
Try this,
$collection = $this->_postFactory->create()->getCollection();
$collection->addFieldToFilter('column_name','value')->addFieldToFilter('column2_name','value');
this will filter your collection by two field and you can add however you want, may be filter by single column or as many as you need.
