An Australian, Brenton Tarrant, aged 28, appeared in Christchurch District Court, New Zealand, charged with one count of murder pertaining to a mass shooting in Christchurch the day before, which caused the death of at least 50 people.

Former Trump advisor, Paul Manafort, receives second sentence in U.S. Federal Court
A former advisor for U.S. President Donald Trump was sentenced in U.S. Federal Court. Paul Manafort was sentenced by Judge Amy Berman Jackson to 73 months in federal prison and to also pay financial restitution to the Internal Revenue Service in the amount of US$6.16 million.
